Ballroom Dance Lessons | City of Winter Park
Beginner's Ballroom Dance Class: This eight-week course introduces the basics in the Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba, Cha-Cha and Swing, and will teach you enough to be able to get up and have some fun on the dance floor; it's perfect for the person who's never danced as well as anyone who wants to brush up on the basics.
Please arrive 30 minutes early to the first class in order to register. Tuition is $90 per person. Cash or check(made out to the "City of Winter Park") will be accepted for each 8-week course. A portion of the proceeds benefit Keep Winter Park Beautiful.
Beginners Classes are weekly from 7:00-8:30 p.m.In the last class (eighth week) from 7:30-9:45 p.m., you will have a social dance party to practice what you've learned.
