Born in Charleston, West Virginia, he currently resides in Clermont.

On February 3, 2025, Daniel Webster highlighted President Trump's efforts in international negotiations aimed at enhancing border security and addressing drug trafficking issues. He stated that "President Trump keeps delivering for the American people! After strong negotiations with Canada and Mexico, @POTUS is putting America First to secure the border and protect our communities from deadly fentanyl."

Later that day, Webster shared his recognition by an anti-abortion advocacy group for his legislative record. He tweeted about receiving an A+ rating from Susan B.
