East Lake Mary Boulevard Small Area Study Community Meeting

0

Seminole County recently issued the following announcement.

The Seminole County Planning & Development Division is currently conducting a small area land use study around a five-mile section of E. Lake Mary Boulevard from Mellonville Avenue to just north of State Road 46, Orlando Sanford International Airport, and environmental areas bordering Lake Jesup from boundaries to the west and east.  The study will examine a broad range of development and planning-related issues to help create a program of strategies and policies that will guide growth as this area develops and evolves over time.

Staff will be conducting the third and final Community Meeting on Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm to review and discuss the project vision draft recommendations, take a short survey about the project priorities and let us know any other things we should consider as we finalize the land use and transportation strategies to guide future development in the study area.

To participate, please join us at the Seminole County BCC Chambers located at 1101 E. 1st Street, Sanford.

If you cannot attend the workshop, material from the meeting, including a link to the survey, will be available after the meeting on the County’s website at www.seminolecountyfl.gov
