The Seminole County Planning & Development Division will be holding a Community Meeting seeking your input on potential revisions to the Land Development Code. This ongoing effort is directed at clarifying and modernizing the Code, bringing it more in line with the future needs of Seminole County.
Topics addressed include the following:
- Mixed-Use and Infill Development
- Tree Preservation
- Attainable Housing
- Revised Parking Standards
