We are excited to announce the grand opening of Torcaso Park's new Pavilion! Join us on Wednesday, February 23 at 4:00 p.m. at Torcaso Park.
This event will feature a photo opportunity with pirates and a ribbon-cutting by the Winter Springs Mayor and Commission. This project is part of our Perk Up Parks Initiative, which
focuses on improving City parks and play areas to strengthen our community and the overall quality of life.
Our team has been working hard on the project, and we can't wait to open it up to the community. See you next week!
