On January 23, 2025, Webster emphasized his commitment to protecting children's rights to life. He highlighted the importance of the Born-Alive Act, which "ensures care for babies born during abortions & empowers mothers to act if providers fail to provide care." He also commended the House GOP for their efforts in defending the unborn. "I’m fighting to protect every child’s God-given right to life. Later that day, Webster expressed gratitude towards former President Donald Trump for his support of pro-life Americans and urged Congress to repeal the FACE Act, which he views as a barrier to free speech and peaceful protest.
