Women’s Self Defense Class is offered by the Apopka Police Department and Apopka Parks and Recreation. This course is for women only, ages 18 +. If you want to learn to protect yourself from an attacker, then this course is for you. Online registration is now available.

- Location: Billie Dean Community Center (225 M A Board Street)
- Cost: $5
- Maximum Participants: 20 per class
- Registration: Available online or by calling 407-703-1742.
- Additional Information:
- Waiver must be completed upon arrival.
- Punches and kicks will be taught and used during this course.
- Wear clothing that you are comfortable moving around in.
- Closed toed shoes are required.
