Governor Signs Local Bill to Help Apopka Restaurants

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis recently approved House Bill 1431 Relating to the City of Apopka, which grants small restaurants located in the Apopka Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) District the authority to get a Special Food Service license for beer, wine and liquor. This incentive will not only help small restaurants stay competitive but will also encourage economic development in the downtown area and provide more dining options for residents.
