If you have historically paid your utility bill via credit/debit card AUTO-PAY, unfortunately, it did NOT process October’s payment due to an error incurred by the City’s third-party payment processing company.
Please call Utility Customer Service at 407.656.4100 to pay your October bill. The auto-pay malfunction is for the month of October ONLY and should be resolved for the month of November moving forward.
Rest assured, no delinquent fees or water shut-offs will occur due to this unfortunate error that was out of the City’s control.
Again, for those that paid their October bill with credit/debit card using auto-pay, you MUST call to make your payment.
This does NOT APPLY to ACH customers that have their utility bill payment automatically withdrawn from a bank account.
